Large cruise ships in Venice, the Italian government: “We will ban their transit”

The world is watching us, UNESCO has initiated procedures: by the end of my work I want to definitively resolve the problem of passing in front of San Marco and the Giudecca in Venice.” The italian Minister for Cultural Heritage and Tourism, Dario Franceschini , made this announcement in audition before the Senate and Chamber Instruction and Culture committees.
