Genoa - This year, MSC Cruises will once again be an exhibitor at Milan’s BIT Travel Fair; the cruise firm confirmed its participation, and has unveiled its Summer 2018 and Winter 2018/2019 programme. Also, during a recent press release the news was announced that the firm intends to operate in Japan, with the company’s presence in this new market forming part of its broader strategy aimed at increasing its footprint in the East. In the months of July, August, and November, the MSC Splendida will cruise between Japan, China and Russia. “The BIT Fair represents a very important venue for us in which to consolidate our relationship with players in the sector and travel agencies, which continue to be our main distribution channel. As customer expectations grow, the cruise holiday is becoming more and more popular, as it provides a good fit for the needs of individual guests and offers unparalleled value for money”, said Leonardo Massa. “2017 was a very positive year; 2018 will continue that trend, with many improvements in store! First of all, the christening of the MSC Seaview, which will grace Mediterranean waters, starting in June, while its twin MSC Seaside will depart weekly from Miami, and MSC Meraviglia will make its debut in Northern Europe,” concluded Massa.
