Both ships sustained damages, Chinese container ship suffered several damaged containers, three cargo bays and ladder. No information on “He Bin” damages, though there should be some, judging from photo. Container ship “He Bin”, IMO 9187423, dwt 11,386, capacity 834, built 1999, flag China, manager Zhoushan Hefeng Shipping. Container ship Kuo Chang, IMO 9172313, dwt 18,618, capacity 1295 TEU, built 1999, flag Taiwan, manager CNC Line-Chinese Taipei.
